I really dislike my niece

She's soo lazy, so manipulative, she leaves candy and chips in the couch. Wrappers of food everywhere. Boxes of food she has opened are left for others to clean. Her grandmother feels badly for her because when she was a teen her mother (my sister) died. Which was horrible. But now she's an adult at 23 who is severely overweight. 4 years ago was borderline diabetic, High blood pressure etc. She leaves electronics on bc she doesn't have to pay the bill. In fact she pays no bills. none, she has not one responsibility. Her grandmother even got her a car, which she leaves bags of Mc donalds and trashes. She has not one ounce of discipline, and she wants nothing to do with it. If I try explaining why its good to have these things in your life, she gets angry and storms off. She eats all the food after groceries are purchased. Its clear she's eating her misery. She needs help. But refuses to go even with family. Her personal hygiene is suffering. She often smells and I've seen her go 3-4 days without a shower. Even while on her period, in which she only uses pads, no tampons. FUCKING EWWW. Perhaps if she wasn't so naturally nasty, mean, hateful towards the only family she has left, (me and her grandmother), I would feel more compassion. I used to, before she became and adult, and I tried and I paid her bills, I went to counseling with etc. All she ended up doing was stealing personal items and money from us.I think she would cut off her nose to spite her face and I'm so done with all that hate and anger and selfishness. She's an adult now. The mess will probably never change. That's all she will ever be, a mess.
