I need help!

I can't remember a name of a website I want to return to. I'm tired of trying different names i can think of trying to find it. Someone told me on here a long time ago that all I had to do was go into my cache when I wanted to find websites I'd been to and forgotten their names. Can anyone now tell me what cache is and how I find it on my computer?
