I love someone else

I am engaged to my boyfriend of 3 years and we have a 6 month old son together. Problem is even before I met my fiancee I was in love with someone else. This other man and I have never had a chance to be together because he lives 600 miles away, but we have known eachother since we were kids. Everything points to him being the one for me...I see signs everywhere, my cell phone even rang while my fiancee was purposing and it was him. I know I should break up with my fiancee because its unfair to both of us, but I just feel so guilty. Being with him kills me more each day.
