There is this girl I have dated on and off since 2010, ilove her. We had recently gotten back together and were talking about getting married and having kids. Out of no where on my birthday she just stopped talking to me, I dont know what to do, I want to be with her so badly, she just doesn't want me. I feel like shit for the last time, I have made promises that im not sure I can keep, I work all day with a box cutter and I constantly have the urge to just slit my throat and end it all. I dont want to feel like a piece of shit any longer
