I always lie about my identity on omegle. At first it was because I could never get into a conversation without claiming to be female and now it's because I find it sexy to do this and to make the guys on omegle beg for dirty talk. I have multiple meetme accounts. In some I am a man, in some I am a woman. I use the woman accounts to get guys to send me pics and videos. I then use those pics and videos to send to women (pretending it's me), to get them to send back pics and videos of them, which is what I really want.
