so i met this boy , on the internet, in a chat room. i am only 17 and he is 21. his name is **** .when **** and i met it was an instant connection. we just clicked. he is sooo sweet and romantic , and nice. but the problem is i met him on the internet! they always say that that is dangerous and that you can't trust those kind of men. but i do! and it's sooo bad! because i reallly like him! but he is probably lying about everything he says. but it's so unfair!!! finally a guy i reallly like , and who is handsome is interested in me , and he is from the internet AND an entirely different country!

Cyber space lunatic devoid of understanding human relationships. You're probably a pervert who like children or something !

thanks, i have actually talked to him by webcam, and although that might confirm his gender and age, it doesn;t confirm what he has said about himself.

Just because you meet someone on the internet doesn't mean they are automatically a creep anymore than meeting a person on the street. You just have to take a few precautions like talking to them on the phone or via webcam so you can be sure they are who they say they are. OTOH, you run into that whole long distance thing that makes a relationship virtually impossible.
