I have fallen in love with one of my co-workers

I have a co worker I used to dislike, but as I got to know her We became friends. Well, now unfortunately, I have fallen in love with her. This severly conplicates my life because I am older than she is, we work closely together and even if we did get together I am not sure it would work. I thought my ex had cured me of these feelings. If anyone had told me three months ago I would have this problem I would have said they where crazy. We are friends right now so I don't want to persue this and risk losing her friendship but at the same time I have got to try.
