I got ripped off by Al Aqsa Travel Agency in Ohio

Due to sudden family situations, I had to cancel a flight reservation. They said they were going to keep $220 for themselves and refund me the rest. A little steep, but at least I'd be getting most of my money back. That was in December 2005. Now we're at the end of July '06, and I have received nothing from them but disrespect and mockery upon my several attempts to talk to them on the phone. Do not use this agency located at 10240 Lawrin Rd, Cleveland, OH 44111 don't make my mistake!
