I'm sure you've heard this a thousand times but it really is true; people will think about you what you think about yourself. Telling yourself you're a piece of shit and sulking all day won't improve your life. I mean this in the nicest possible way because I know exactly how you feel. I wasted the last two years in chronic depression. Don't listen to these religious zealots who tell you to talk to yourself and read their shitty sci-fi books. If there's anything that will make you feel 200% better in a relatively short amount of time, it's exercise. After I started working out and doing cardio and lifting weights, within a month, my attitude towards life and others changed completely. I became more charismatic, people I never thought I'd talk to are inviting me to parties, and I just overall felt a lot more confident. I don't know what your'e current situation is so pm me and I'll gladly share more if you give me some insight.
