Dont get married to her because in the end your marriage wont be great and your kids will remember that their entire life..how mommy and daddy always fought.. if shes young she probably wont remember much about you guy being together or not and it might now have that big of an impact on her.

That seems to be the pat answer these days. Parental happiness trumps all else. Mom gets the kids, child support, and a chance to play the field again. The kids get put in situations where they are molested, ignored, and/or abused when she makes more bad choices. All that is ok though because it's is all about the holy grail of parental happiness.

oh here we go again!!!!! what is wrong with people???the kids! everyone says that!! so because 2 people have kids, they should always remain with being unhappy? kids grow up, move out, and start their own life. meanwhile, mom (or in some cases, DAD) spend the better part of their life unhappy!!!! then they are 2 old to start new.

Don't marry someone that you don't want to...even for the kid. You need to be honest and tell her that you don't want to get married but you will always be in your daughters life

Good luck. If you view it as a partnership it should work out fine. Most people are too selfish to work that way.
