
I can't fucking lose weight

I've tried literally everything but surgery & I can't drop anything but a fucking .1 of a lb in the last month. What was the point if me cutting out junk food or exercising or eating healthy and getting enough sleep?? My thyroid is fine says my doc !! I'm 2 seconds away from leaving a note on my bed, catching a bus downtown and jumping off the highest building. Being fat literally ruins everything for me ugh!! Nobody wants anything to do with a 210 lb fat ass bye ugh

dude don't feel bad i weight 190 my boyfriend weighs just 120 so it is always really weird, we have been together for 3 years which isnt a long time, i was not this big when i met him so he is having problems with it. I was only 140 when i met him. it really sucks he is always trying to tell me what to eat and he is always complaining about my weight, but he does nothing to help me out. He rather sit there bitch and complain than say babe lets go for a walk or a run and try with me but no..just dont let that get to you. I understand your frustration but jumping off a bridge is not a solution you need to show off your body when you finally get to where you want to get! :) you can do it!!!

dont give up. sometimes people dont lose anything for ages but your body is still undergoing changes internally. my sister went on a diet, cut out junk food and ate very healthily and she lost nothing for the first three months. after 7 months she had dropped two dress sizes. just have faith and keep working at what you do. find some inspriation and keep at it :)

Just keep your metabolism balanced :) Don't starve yourself and do a lot of walking! It helps :) Take it slow and don't get frustrated just keep healthy and active! ps. don't listen to anyone who has negativity on here.

count calories. have several snacks throughout the day and one decent sized meal, try to keep them all low in calories so that you can count them in your head. the human body naturally burns off 2000 calories every day (on average). there are 5630 calories in every pound of fat (off the top of my head). eat 1000 calories a day, or 1500, but under 2000 and work out daily. don't overwork any muscles, you'll just be working in reverse, but try to stay on your feet. if you're still not losing weight at that point, contact a dietitian about thyroid, colon or digestive disorders.

Have you seen a dietician? Maybe its something in your diet preventing you from losing weight or you are eating to much of healthy food as excess calories (regardless of quality) will prevent you from losing weight.

Sorry your a fatty fatty two by four and couldn't fit through the kitchen door... Fat people are so pathetic, always complaining how they are fat. It's really easy this is what I did when I was a little chubby a few years ago. Chain smoke at least 5 cartons of cigarettes a month for about 6 months.Only eat 1 light meal before you go to sleep. Walk all the fucking time, Like use your feet and walk anywhere you have to get to. Drink coffee 24/7. I was 170 5'11 and 6 months later I was 120. It can be done fatso. I did it. But I never really looked fat I was just self conscience. You sound like you have a BIG issue. You sound fat as fucking fat can be. Consider my method its prove to work.

I know how you feel. I've been counting calories, changing my whole diet and doing some of every workout and nothing's changed. I actually gave up yesterday and are choosing to accept my disgusting body until I feel annoyed enough to off myself due to the burden.

another fat person in denial!!!!! probably has an 8000 calorie diet lifestyle but only burns 100 working out. it is quite simple, lower your calorie intake & the pounds start coming off. if you want a shapely body then you have to workout hard. test it yourself, fill up your car with gas & don't move it for a week, guess what, the gauge still says full. put 1 dollar of gas & try to drive 100 miles, it doesn't work either right......

welll are u on medication at all? ive been struggling with my weight for the past 12 yrs and just recently realized the medication can really impact weight gain and keep u from losing it. i dont take any medication at all anymore and have lost 22 lbs in the past year. weight definently doesnt come off quickly but as long as u keep positive and know u can do it u will eventually get to ur goal

I think shes just at a place of frustration bc shes put in a lot of hard work and hasnt seen the fruits of her labor. I can do my hair and clothes but still feel upset even so because I am not happy with the way I look after all the work I've done to look better. Im sure thats how she's feeling. Youve lost 30 lbs which is a great start to someone who isnt losing any.

i can help, ive lost 80 lbs in the last yr. what you gotta understand is its not a diet, its a life style. sign up to a gym, do spinning classes 3-4 times a week, you can thank me 2 months from now ;)
