I am lost

I am eight months pregnant and completely lost. I have had a baby before so everyone assumes that I know what Im doing but I dont. Last time I had a cesarian and didn't even go through labour. Now I have to do it properly and I have no support. I feel like a first time mother but I am not treated like one. All I want is some extra help and attention but I dont know how to ask. I keep upsetting my boyfriend with irrational outbursts and Im terrified of loesing him. I dont know how to explain how I feel. I love you so much Rory! I want to be the best girlfriend to you and the best mother to your children, Im sorry Im crap.
