I broke up with a terribly abusive boyfriend of mine in May. He is now in prison because I pressed charges for an assault. I finally was comfortable with him not being there anymore, comfortable with myself, and not searching for love what-so-ever. I met the man of my dreams at my job, he was a customer, he asked me for my number and we have been seeing eachother a couple times a week for about a month. He is handsome, funny, generous, sweet, and more. He hasn't talked or even acted like he was getting to know me to have sex. It's an amazing feeling. Him getting to know me for me. Building on a friendship. The thing is he is leaving for 8 months to teach 1st graders in China. This is not really a confession, but it's something that's been on my mind everyday. I'm super sad about it.

Thats so sweet.. I hope he comes back to you after 8 months.. I hope it all works out for you. You deserve a better life & relationship.. He sounds lovely. Where is he originally from. Is he English or Chinese.. I wish I could go to China.
