Watch out Hyatt Hotels charge you to cancel ANY reservation!!! If you make your reservation online you are charged $50.00 regardless of when you cancel. Well, up to three days, then you are charged the full rate amount. And that I understand, but to charge me $50.00 for cancelling 10 days in advance...that is disgusting. Business must be pretty bad to have to commit their customers to paying them SOMETHING whether they stay there, or not. Too bad they can't make money the good old fashioned honest way...BY PROVIDING SOMETHING FOR A CHARGE!!!!!!! Thanks for reading, and next time you are traveling please choose somewhere other than Hyatt to rest your head!
