Hurd windows suck

My contractor installed Hurd windows and doors throughout my house in 1989. Every single double-hung window is fogged and ugly. The company has been no help through the years of me trying to get them to stand behind their products. They only stand behind the shit house as far as I am concerned.

Crawford and Brinkman windows and doors out of IL put in my Hurd windows and the windows are horrible. The company reps came out and first tried to say it was my installer but then checked the level themselves and said we just lived in a very "windy area" and there was nothing they could do but give us storm windows at cost. One of the techs that came out said there were several bad batches that came out. Wind blows under the window at the sash and the springs that hold the windows open break. Don't buy Hurd windows.
