Folsom CA City = Roseville & Folsom State/Prov = CA Zip2 = 95661 & 95630 Country = United States Company phone = 916-677-3636 & 916-608-1300 Incident = My dad & I have purchase a 2005 Elantra GT in January of 2006 with the 100,000 bumper to bumper warranty I have 10,800 miles on it now at 5,000 miles had a master cylindar(Roseville)put in it in which it took 7 day s to get my car back plus the cost of a rental car $100.00 on top of the regular payment for the month. Roseville customer service leaves somehting to be desired. They rude & act as if you are bothering them. I than complained about my driver seat being loose & my stereo not working properly to Roseville & the Folsom Dealer both said my seat is fine & the stereo was fine. Roseville finally ordered & installed 1 speaker. (Radio & speakers are 'covered' for 3 years 30,000) I still heard a crackling noise when I turned it on. So I than took it to the Folsom Dealer where they took a deck out of a stock model & refused to do anything about the speakers now all I hear are blow speakers & a humming noise because the deck they installed was from a 2006, not to mention they damaged my center bezzle w/ a screw driver & broke a clip which they also had strip from a stock model causing a 2nd trip 1/2 hour out of my way 2 hour wait each time. All they dealer represenitive James Hagar would do was complain about what he had to do to fix the problem they created. My drivers seat is still loose. All the men at the dealership will do is pat you on the head 'poor stupid female' & send you on your way. I am knowledgeable of automobile mechanics & electrical systems I dont appreciate being treated as if I have no brain mattter at all. Your required scheduled maintinence is another thing. 7500 mile service cost $90.00 at the Roseville location and is approx. $53.99 at the Folsom location for the exact same service required to keep the warranty they dont honor. I am so frustrated with dealers I am not sure of where I am going to take my car next.
