humana negotiates only 10% off

I tried to get pricing from humana and lutheran general hospital but I was told to go to the other by each. After I got the colonoscopy the hospital portion of the bill was $3200 and I was responsible for $2900. humana only negotiated 10% off the list price. I have $5000 deductible ppo policy. i'm told the price at other places is much less due to better negotiated price with humana. The
