you cannot talk to an american at this company without an accent. they take your money and screw you every which way but PAID IN FULL! they take offense when you ask for someone who speaks a clean english. i can understand germans, new zealands, englanders, southern, boston, upstate new york....accents....I CAN UNDERSTAND ENGLISH in any form, but not broken so bad you would think they are talking their own whatever they speak. is it asking to much to expect clear speech and fair dealing the way it should be? when you pay these outside american interest companys.....YOU ARE NAILED FOR LIFE. they ruin you and your credit. if you cannot understand what they are saying STAY CLEAR! they take offense when you ask to speak to some one you can understand... i take offense to having to hire an attorney to get a car title back because they cheat and use unethical tactics.
