We had a mortgage with HSBC Mortgage co. out of Brandon FL. First of all this company is just not a honest co. We have had a mortgage with them for 10 years. In that 10 years we still owe the same amount from the original amount. Due to their constant fees, of some kind or other. They lie, very dishonest, their agents are very rude, and do not conduct themselves in a professional manner. We finally had to get an lawyer to help us. We were at our last straw. We could not take it any more. Their was no local office to resloves our acct. But they have been taking money from us, and cannot explain were it goes. Please do not use HSBC for your Mortgage services. You will be sorry.
