HP Product Won't Fax Longdistance

I purchase a $499 HP all-in-one and it will not fax long distance using a calling card. HP replaced the unit and the new unit won't work either. They have now told me they don't care. The store won't take it back because it is not the unit I purchased there since HP replaced that unit. I went out and bought a $50 fax so I could fax long distance. Another annoying aspect of the HP 7410 is that it jams constantly by pulling more than one sheet at a time through the feeder when faxing or copying. Ugh!
