HP printers and the company in general

I bought HP printers and computor for it's photo reproduction. Great but how can they get away with junk that goes to h--- just as the warrenty is about to expier? You call the company and get the run around until your warrenty has run out then they clame to have lost all record of your call. If I hadn't e-mailed them and kept a printed copy I would have been out of luck. As it is it took 3 (three) monthe of fighting before they acknoledged my printer was in warrntee and agreed to do something about it. What they did was a slap in the face. I was offered a replacement, valued at 1/2 (one half) of the orriginal cost of the usless printer. When you call them for help you get foreigners who do not speak enough English to understand your problam. You get people who deliberately lie to you. You get treated as though you haven't a brain or the education enough to know how to tie your own shoes. I have never been so angery or frustrated by a company im my life, and I'm 70 years old.
