How many days can you give.

I work for a company that wants you to work 10 hour days, 7 days aweek. Now when are you suppose to have family time or for that matter a life. What is up with these companies? I guess that if they make you work that many hours that is less people that they have to hire so that means less medical insurance but more overtime money. Now dont get me wrong I am happy for the job but it seems to be out of balance. You only live once and I would like to enjoy it if I could. Thanks for hearing me out.
