How hard can it be

I work at a local fast-food restaurant, I may not be a rocket scientist, but I have enough intelligence to take an order and make it. People are always saying that people at fast-food restaurants are idiots. That is not true it is the people ordering. They come in and they change order atleast 2 times. After we have made it they change it again. Then they act we are the ones who do not have a clue. And to top it off they are the same one's who want something for free for having to wait. And then you have the one's who come in and order a cup of water then pour out the water and put a drink in it. (that is theft) And then everyone wonders why prices go up. So the next time you go to a fast-food restaurant remember the person taking your order is a person we breath air, if we are cut we will bleed. Also think about this it could your mother behind the counter taking the order do you want your mother treated the way you treat us. I have been threatened, had food thrown at me and had profanity used against me. And the only thing I am doing is trying to make a honest living. Thank you, Leigh
