Myself and my family went to Blackpool on our holiday, we went via Elgin tours. We stayed at the Elgin hotel which was pathetic. There is no entertainment for children and their family rooms are small the beds were squashed together leaving very little space to move around and the toilet did not flush properly neither did he bath water top work he greatest.When we tried to speak to the manager about this he was never available, although we enjoyed blackpool this ruined our holiday as we were very uncomfortable in the hotel
