The Quality INN at S. Fifth St., St. Charles, MO. is not a hotel to stay in! You will find hair on the so called 'CLEAN' sheets, along with stains of god knows what. If the housekeepers can keep from washing the sheets, they will. One day I found what appeared to be blood on one of the compforters!
