Thermospa advised me to change the type o chemical, because they said I was using the tub so often. I disagreed, but what am I to do. The way I read the test there was a problem with the equipment. The new chemicals would burn my skin, plus chemical use was more expensive. The problem turned out to be the equipment not excessive use. I complained to the service department about skin burning sensation thier comments were 'prove it'. I can't afford to do that. I tried to get in touch with the salesman with no success. The only person I have contated with thermospa I felt I could really trust was the service man,I think his is Fred. If I could get the money back that I have put into this thermospa I would gladly give it up. I DO NOT RECOMEND ANYONE PURCHASING A THERMOSPA BECAUSE OF THE ONE TECH IN THE SERVICE THAT HAD ME TO CHANGE TO STRONGER CHEMCIALS AND THE ONE THAT ADVISED ME TO PROVE THAR THE STRONGER CHEMCIALS WAS THE CAUSE OF THE BURNING SKIN SENSATION. THANKS TO THE EXCELLENT SERVICE MAN
