hospital emergency room

Went to St.johns hospital in NY. Mom was having severe abdominal pain. doctors thought it might be appendicitis. We arrived at 3, the cat scan was done at 7 pm. This was supposed to tell us immediately what the problem was and whether or not she would need surgery. Heres the problem, The radiologist Dr. Menden was on call that night but refused to come in. Emergency room supervisor and doctor ripped him a new asshole and he still refused to come in. To make a long story short. He never showed up, we left the hospital at 6a.m after getting a half ass reading from the chief of radiology or so they say and mom still has pains,not as severe but she still has pains.
