Hospital complaint

live in san diego and my mother lives in arkansas she is on dialysis for her kidneys and she keeps having these pains and the hospital gives her a shot and sends her home and a day or two later, she is in severe pain again and has to be taken back to the hospital again for the same thing. now they have her justing sitting in the hall for the past two hours and have not done anything. Tell me what can be done about this situation?
