Horse Adoptions

I have had just a very frustrating horse adoptions experience. Not only was the horse sent to me in deplorable condition that took me 8 months to rectify, but now several years later the Adoption programs seems to think they can take back the horse for breach of contract even though I have proved to them there has not been a breach. I would be interested to hear of any other problems with similar Horse Adoption Programs.
