horrifying nice people

I am a cashier at a grocery store, and most of my customers are either mean or boring. Every now and then I get a really nice person, which always makes me feel a lot better. But for some reason, while I have my fake cashier smile on and am engaging in pleasant weather or product-related discussion, I get a very strong urge to startle the person by screaming some horrible obscenity or insult in their face, e.g., 'You are a hideous bitch, now get the fuck out of my line.' I never do it, but it drives me nuts.
