horrible experience with masonry contractor

I hired a masonry contractor to repoint a stone wall. He goes by the name of Juan Sanchez. Do not hire him. He does shabby work and has to be watched constantly. He quit my job in the middle when I asked for a receipt because he refuses to pay taxes. He also hires illegal aliens.
