My complaint is about Sears Holdings. They treat their associates like complete garbage! They never give them the working equipment they need to get the job done! They pay near nothing! Corporate does not know what they are doing and cause the people below them to get reemed for a job done wrong which was not their fault in the first place. They make their associates come in way to early. Im talking like three four and five in the morning! This is completly unexceptable and things need to change. They think you should have no life outside of Sears. The associates never get recoginized for the good jobs they do only for the 'bad' ones. Sears has a lot of things that need to be fixed. The managers bring their personal lives to work and take it out on other workers. Not to mention they OVER PRICE EVERYTHING!!! They rip off people! Dont shop there if you value your money and if you value customer service because they have none!
