Honda of Oakland nasty

Honda of Oakland is rude and nasty. They failed to fill out the necessary paperwork on a trade-in vehicle, so I owed another payment on the car I traded in. Then they never sent in the DMV paperwork, resulting in me gettin notices of delinquent registration a year later. The manager was unbelievably rude. STAY AWAY FROM HONDA OF OAKLAND
