HONDA LITHIA SERVICE IN GREAT FALLS, MT

Honda Lithia Service Great Falls, MT serviced my Civic for oil change(since they serviced my 2005 Civic before)and for rotation; I washed the car prior for I plan to use this car on a trip; when I picked up the car the Lithia people demanded that I fill out their service survey even before I check my vehicle; they lost the paper work and finaly get my key- when I get in the car and drove off I noticed that the steering wheel was filthy & it wobbles (back and forth); when I parked at my work's par k place the exterior I noticed that the car exterior was filthy too with bug guts; I checked my receipt and reflected 11 miles was added shown in the receipt speedometer reading; I felt robed & discriminated; I asked why and written policy they did not have it-They said that I am the only woman that complained - other company said this is wrong for I did not get an alignment service done; they claimed that they do this every service that they do but, it did not reflect my last service record to them - the managers lied; I was scared to bring the car that they may do more damage; some Base(MAFB)people have the same experience that I found out lately; How will I get this accross to the consumers- that this Honda Lithia of Great Falls abuse their authority and seemed they were not at fault- The cause of this made me sold this 2005 Civic (I bought brand new from them) there's nothing wrong with the vehicle ; the only reason I sold it- because this Lithia Honda service center is the only Honda service center in the city. I fear that they will do something with my car-so I sold my car; Is this lawful?
