I have been a loyal Honda customer for 13 years. I started with a Civic and over the years have moved into a Pilot. When I went to my dealer last week to discuss trading in the Pilot for another Civic, they lowballed me like crazy and treated me like dirt. Thanks for nothing, Honda.
