it is not fair how contactors and repairmen take advantage of women and elderly home owner they prey on them pretending they have to get the roof fixed and all of the sudden the city gives you notice and all of sudden your house insureance give u notice someone u never heard og before except for paying it. how do they just ramdom stop by property and inspect without u knowing. now the contractor got u because this has to be done yesterday and they travel with their own bank so u are really screwed
