Custom Designs By Scarchilli, Whitmore Lake, MI, is a company of false pretense. The owner,Chris, claims to be a home improvement company that can remodel everything in or outside your home. He'll promise you the world and claims to have experience with experienced employees. He has none and he doen't have any full time employees. He was bankrupt a year ago and I think he's trying to pay off old debt in a hurry by gouging customers. He never finishes work on time or even in a timely manor. I wish I would have asked for referances prior to giving him work. Beware he is a smooth talking salesman.
