Home Depot sells junk

I recently purchased a Poulan Chainsaw from Home Depot. It was difficult to start after we got it home but figured its just new. We only used it a few hours that day because it cutoff as we got half way through the tree...long story short.....the tree ended up kicking back on my husbands leg, breaking it in 2 places. He had surgery and just started walking again when we decided to take it back to HD. I put this saw along with several other home improvement necessities on my card. HD will not make this deal good. The saw has a warr. with the manu. & HD. I have purchased thousands at HD in the past year for this remodel! I PROMISE I WILL NOT spend anymore $ at HD. Either independant hardware com. or Lowes will now get the other few thousand to make my place home!
