If you place and internet order with Home Depot it works great. But if you try to return an incorrect item, its mission impossible. I received blinds in 2 different colors.I would like them to be all the same color. This is going on since May 25th. I called the 800 # 3 times held on for 15 min. no answer. called again held 30 min no answer. Called a contact us number spoke to someone in India who connected me with someone in the US and he connected me with the 800# guess what? waited 20 min. no answer. Called order dept spoke to live person explained my situation to her was told the hold time could be and hour and a half. 1-1/2. Not a good thing to tell a customer.I called the store they have nothing to do with internet orders. Not sure where to go next. Can't go to Home Depot
