Home Depot does not honor their warrenty

I bought a Murray Riding lawn mower from Home Depot and the middle blade shaft was cross threaded. Eventually the blade fell off. I sent the mower back to Home Deport for repair and they replied that the mower had been abused and would not be repaired under warrenty. I would definately not do business with Home Depot. They just want your money and when it comes to warrenty work they do not honor their agreement. I will now have to take them to small claims court to resolve this issue.
