My landlord has accusesd us of having an unauthorized pet and she has brought personal problem to our door concerning her sonn's inpropriorties, blaming me even when I was not at fault. This was harrassment and she assumed we had a pet out of gossip and left a nasty note telling us to get rid of the dog now? She has also refused to mark the handicap spots in the parking lot and I was a law inforcment official whom crushed her head in the line of duty - I was told by the mamager that she didn't think I had that kind of disibility to where I couldn't walk farther and that she would address the residence. No mention of placing hadicap placards (signs) or painted spots evr arose. This is a rural Housing developemnt. What Can I do to stop the harrassment espec. since I've been an explilar resident and a peace maker here. He alligations were deflemation of carracter, herasay and unprofessional. What Can I do to get to the ramp so I don't keep falling off the curb so far away from it since all the residence park there who are not disabled? Thank you guys for all the help. T.
