Holiday travel tickets

I booked a holiday in Kenya via 'going places' for myself and my 2 teenagers and another family of four. I picked up the tickets today from the agent and one of the flight tickets had been printed as Mrs not Mr, I pointed this out and was charged £20 for the issuing of correct name. It was their error not mine and still I was charged. How can they firstly charge £20 to the customer for their error and secondly why does it cost £20 to print a new ticket and post it out? Very cross and felt bullied into paying it.....
