The Cristal Hotel at vieira Praia which is where we stayed on a recent coach and cruise holiday was absolutely unsatisfactory for anyone expecting to enjoy their holiday. The staff were generally not very friendly and there was hardly ever anyone to serve one at the bar. Also the restaurant food choice was minimal and what was on offer was not up to standard. Many of the fellow guests were also not happy. We will certainly not be using Consort Travel again.
