In July this year went to Majorca. Not only when we got there we had a three hour journey from the airport to our destination in a very uncomfortable mini bus! The driver was pacing up and down streets waving to he's mates constantly! Then we arrived at the hotel and had our diner and was throwing up the next day from it. Our holiday rep had a serious attitude problem! We were throwing up all holiday from the food in the end we ate out! So had to spend more money! On the day we left we had to leave early in the morning so the rep booked us a breakfast in the morning because im diabetic I have to eat! When we went to recieve it in the morning nothing had been organised at all! So I was extremely ill and had to see a doctor! We have written a complaint to Thomas Cook and Andes Travel whom we booked the holiday through and have heard nothing yet! It is now October! This Company was Thomas Cook whom the holiday offer was with! I'd advise anyone looking to go on holiday not to go with Thomas Cook! The company is absolutely disgusting now really gone down hill!
