We have just come back form holiday in Tenerife and our first hotel was a nightmare. We did book to stay at the Green Park hotel and it was discussing nothing had been cleaned and it smelt with mould around the room. So I'm putting a letter of complaint to Global Late Deals because we had to pay £300 euros to be moved out to another hotel.
