HOA ginog up. up, up!

I started paying $95 to my hoa mgmt co in Sept. '05. Then in Jan. '06 had 2 start paying $20 more for an assessment. and now in July '06 $165 more for the 'annual insurance Assessment' I was told whrn I bought my townhouse last Sept. of '05, the my insurance-The outside of the building was paid thru the HOA dues! Over $1500 a year!!
