The HOA at Falcon Glenn, Mesquite NV act as if they are daft. EArlier this year they admonished a resident for not using the correct color of stone in the back yard. Not wanting to get a nasty letter I requested a llist of approved colors- guess what- there isn't one! Are they daft are recovering from a lobotomy?
