So, when I travel I guess I tend to lose myself in the thrill and start acting really reckless, etc. I decided I wanted to try hitchhiking for the first time. I stuck out my thumb on a highway and a car stopped within 5 minutes. The guy inside was huge and scary-looking, with a bodybuilder's physique, a buzz cut, and head-to-toe tattoos. I couldn't tell how old he was, but he was definitely older than me (he turned out to be 26 while I was 21). He looked exactly like how I had pictured the type of person who picks up hitchhikers would look. He said he wasn't going exactly where I was going, but I took the ride anyway because I was desperate and I secretly thought he was cute in that bad boy way... First stop was to pick up some steroids. He then explained to me that he was a bouncer and a tough and he owned his own security company and a bunch of bars. Apparently he knew all the important people in the rough neighborhoods of London "if you know what I mean," and he had been raised in Sicily in a mafia family...he also had a secret double life where he worked as a bodyguard for high profile moguls in the middle east...or so he said (but I believe it because he looked fuckin scary!) "I might even have a machine gun in the back of the car right now," he said. But for some reason, none of this scared me off, and when he said we wouldn't make it to my destination tonight afterall, and would I like to come stay with him for the night instead...I said yes. And when he overpowered me in his bed and literally forced me down with an iron grip...i said yes. He was really attractive! So I ended up completely consenting to a scary guy who had probably been planning to rape me anyway. He was so rough with me that I couldn't walk the next day, when he dropped me back off where he found me, never actually driving me where I had wanted to go. I don't regret it...i'm just glad I'm alive. Am I crazy?
