The Hilton at the airport in Austin, Texas takes no pride in their business. My company made reservations (all at the same time) for four of us to stay there for a week for a seminar on pipeline safety. My reservation for a kingsize bed was changed without prior knowledge. Two of our motel bills were $77 more per night than the other two which they refused to change and give us the Railroad Commission's reduced rate. We had to argue to get the mass parking fee charges taken off the tickets as we were to receive complimentary parking because of the seminar. The girl behind the counter was very rude and discourteous.
