Hilton Hotel Heathrow

while staying in the London Hilton at Heathrow Airport, London, in July, we were put in a room next to a constructiona area. No assistance with luggage was offered. I was rammed with a service cart causing me to lose balance and drop my luggage while exiting thru a door from the service elevator (had to change elevators half way up due to the construction). I had sore ribs for two days but nothing broken. 7am wake up call was not received the next day. On the second day of the stay the door key did not work and the door handle was broken and needed replaced. This was the fourth hotel we stayed at on this trip and to only one causing anything other than praise. Dan Sommers Indiana
